Ham mousse with cheese pastry

Pastry made of cheese, flour and other ingredients, baked until golden brown, served with ham mousse.

Procedure:
1. Cut the ham into smaller pieces and then blend or mince in a meat grinder until fine
2. Then mix with the lentils, dilute with cream as needed, season with salt and white pepper and whip to a smooth foam and place in the refrigerator
3. In the meantime, sift the plain flour with baking powder into a bowl, add the softened butter cut into pieces, knead until a dry crumb forms, add the egg, finely grated cheese and a little milk
4. Knead everything thoroughly into a stiffer, smooth dough, from which you can shape various types of pastries from pretzels, rounds to long sticks, then transfer the pastries to a lightly greased baking sheet (you can also line the baking sheet with baking paper) and bake at 180 °C until golden brown

Before baking, you can sprinkle the pastries with grated cheese.
