Minced meat skewers in crispy baguette

Seasoned skewers of beef roasted until crispy, put in a baguette with tomato slices and parsley.

Procedure:
1. Chop the peeled shallots finely and crush the peeled garlic clove
2. Knead the minced meat with the chopped onion, garlic and egg yolk, and season generously with salt, pepper and ground paprika
3. With wet hands, shape the meat into 12 rolls, skewer three at a time and brush with oil, then grill in a grill pan for about 10 minutes on all sides until crispy
4. Split the baguette into 4 pieces, cut lengthwise, arrange the skewers with tomato slices in the baguette, garnish with parsley or mint and serve.
