Crispy baguette with Rio Mare tuna, smoked quail egg and salad

Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut 4 longer slices from the baguette, about 1 cm thick, diagonally and brush them lightly with olive oil and toast them in the oven
2. Prepare the dressing. Mix the chopped tomatoes with the drained beans and dressing
4. Finally, lightly stir the cleaned arugula into the salad
5. In hot water (about 90 °C) with vinegar, prepare the eggs in the usual way
