Scrambled Eggs with Raw Onions

Recipe for a quick breakfast, scrambled eggs with onions.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat the fat
2. Crack the eggs and fry them while stirring
3. Stir the very finely chopped onions into the fried eggs and season with salt.
Recommendation:
Spread this mixture on bread and sprinkle the top with ground pepper and ground paprika, either sweet or hot to taste.
Note:
P.S from Mrs. Marus – In all the recipes for scrambled eggs with onions, the onions are fried or at least browned, but in our house, raw onions are the order of the day. Who likes it like our family will appreciate this recipe. In the spring I do this,I first fry 3 chopped tops of young nettles and a piece of fresh chervil in the fat and then continue with the recipe above.
