Baked potatoes with beetroot and meat

In a baking dish stacked potato rounds, beetroot, pork strips and red peppers. All lightly sprinkled with thyme.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into rounds
2. Peel the beetroot, cut into quarters
4. Cut the pork into noodles
5. Grease a baking dish with oil, stack potato rounds, intersperse with beetroot and strips of meat and rings of peppers
6. Salt and pepper each layer, sprinkle lightly with thyme
7. Place the filled dish in the preheated oven and bake in the preheated oven at about 190°C until tender, about 40 minutes
8. Mix the cream with the mustard, ketchup and curry powder and let the mixture bake for 5 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve warm with pickles or chalamade.
