Pasta with mushrooms Italian style

A quick minute inspired by Italian cuisine. It is sautéed porcini mushrooms roasted with garlic and onions, then sautéed for a while with tomatoes and spices, served with pasta.

Ingredients:

300 g of porcini mushrooms (brown, spruce, oak) 1 can (250 g) peeled sliced tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk onions 2 tbsp grated Grana Padano cheese olive oil

Procedure:/li>

Add the sliced tomatoes and the brine, season with oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, simmer for 10 minutes

Place the cooked pasta on a plate, pour the mixture over it, sprinkle with grated cheese, garnish with parsley or basil and serve.
