Turkey cutlets in pasta batter with pasta

Chicken cutlets fried in batter, served with seasoned pasta.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the pasta in a sufficient amount of lightly salted water, rinse it lightly and let it drain thoroughly
2. Whisk the eggs with milk, add flour and grated cheese, salt the thin batter and season it preferably with freshly ground pepper
3. Crack the turkey cutlets, season with salt and pepper, then coat them in the prepared cheese batter
4. Fry them in a frying pan in a large amount of oil or in a deep fryer until golden brown
5. In another pan, heat olive oil in which we let the cleaned, sliced garlic turn golden, add the rinsed, thoroughly drained tomatoes, slightly pour hot water and briefly simmer, do not forget to salt and pepper
6. Add the drained pasta to the pan, stir everything together and let it warm up
7. Serve the fried turkey cutlets with the seasoned pasta.
