Cooked gnocchi fried with onion, garlic, tomato and beans.

Procedure:
1. Mix the peeled, finely grated potatoes with beaten egg, plain flour, a pinch of salt and make a thick batter
2. Cut off small nightshades from the dough, drop them into boiling water, cook for about 8 minutes (until they float), drain them, rinse with cold water and leave to drain
3. Boil the cleaned pods in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, drain and leave to drain
4. Fry the peeled, roughly chopped onion and cooked gnocchi in hot oil, add the tomato cut into small pieces, peeled, sliced garlic cloves, sage, beans, salt, pepper, stir and heat through.
