Dalmatian chufty with tomato sauce, bread dumplings

Favourite tomato sauce with fried rolls of minced pork served with bread dumplings.

Procedure:
1. Mix the meat with the bun that you have soaked in cream, add the spices and eggs – thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary
2. Form into rolls, which we bake in the oven with a little oil for about 30 minutes
3. Fry the onion in the fat, when it turns brown add the purée, sugar and spices in the bag (for easy removal)
4. Pour in the broth and boil for twenty minutes
5. Finally, thicken with grated gingerbread
6. Prepare the dumplings by making a well in the sifted flour, add the crumbled yeast with a little sugar, let the leaven rise, then add the rest of the milk, the egg, salt the dough and finally pour the sliced bun into a medium thin mixture
7. Then form two dumplings and cook them in salted water for 25 minutes and turn them over halfway through the boiling process.
