Potato Cutlets with Ham

Potlets of boiled potatoes, egg and ham, wrapped in triple coating, fried until golden brown, served with vegetable salad.

Procedure:
1. 1. cook the peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, drain them and mash them
2. After cooling, add beaten egg, diced ham, baking powder, season with salt and mix well
3. Serve with a vegetable salad of tomatoes cut into smaller pieces and peeled onions cut into rounds, seasoned with salt, lemon juice, olive oil and sprinkled with finely chopped chives.
