The mushroom tartare is also great! It has something to it, even if there is not a piece of meat in it. But that doesn’t mean it will only be enjoyed by vegetarians!

1. Clean the mushrooms, chop finely with a knife
2. Saute the chopped mushrooms in butter, at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Let the sauteed mushrooms cool, add chopped capers, chopped onion, season to taste with ketchup, worchestr, salt and pepper
