1. Just before using the curd, you can press the soft curd to get rid of any lumps
2. Place a sieve with really small meshes on the container, tap the curd from the tub into the sieve

Recommendation:
Instead of pressing the curd through the sieve, you can also blend it with a stick blender, the result will be the same.
