Cheese roll with chives and nuts

Cheese cream spread on baking paper, rolled into a cylinder, left in the fridge for 30 minutes, then rolled in chopped nuts. Cheese roll served cut into slices about 3 cm thick.

Ingredients:

400 g of stracchino cheese 200 g 30 g chopped nuts 10 sprigs spices 2 pcs sliced sun-dried tomatoes pepper salt

Procedure:

Mix 400g stracchino cheese and 200g ricotta.

Add about ten chopped sprigs of chives, 30 g chopped walnuts, two sliced sun-dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Place the cheese cream on baking paper and roll into a cylinder. Place in the fridge for half an hour.

Finally, roll the roll in chopped nuts, cut into slices about 3 cm thick and serve garnished with a few sprigs of chives.
