Ingredients: 8 pcs of higher quality, higher meat content bacon 4 pcs ripe tomatoes 4 pcs larger sterilized cucumbers 3 pcs red meaty peppers 1 pcs chilli pepper /td> 1 pc large onion For the pickle: 4 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp soy sauce (Czech, classic!) 3 tablespoons full fat mustard 3 tbsp sunflower oil 1 tbsp sugar (or to taste) ground black pepper chilli seasoning Procedure: Slice the crackers into rounds, also the tomatoes and pickles. Remove the peppers from their cores, cut them into smaller cubes (chop the chilli or hot pepper completely!). Slice the peeled onion into thin slices. Mix the prepared ingredients together, season, pour into a suitable pot. Mix a brine from the above ingredients, then pour it over the sausages and Vegetable Recipes in the pot, mix again. Simply boil everything briefly, from the time of bubbling, cook for about 2 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat source and let cool. Transfer the mixture into a jar with a cap, leave in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days to let all the flavors and aromas combine.
