Poultry roulade

A slice of chicken or turkey steak wrapped in a fried mixture of eggs, sterilized Vegetable Recipes and onions set with sausages, all baked in the oven in foil in the form of a roll.

Procedure:
1. 1. Chop the onion finely, fry in hot oil, add the beaten eggs, Vegetable Recipes, mix and season with ground pepper and salt as needed
3. Spread the stuffing over the meat
4. Finally, add the sausages, which are spread close together
5. Wrap and cover with foil, in which the roll is baked at 190 °C for about 20 minutes

Recommendation:
If you do not have thicker foil, use two layers of thinner foil.
