Goulash soup from slow-drawn beef broth

If you season it well and use quality ingredients, you won’t believe that you are enjoying a simple goulash. And since a successful result depends on the beef broth, we recommend, in addition to your homemade one, the Slow-Pulled Beef Broth from Our Farm by Mgr. Jakub Erler, last year’s winner of the Regional Food in the Hradec Králové Region. He makes it with meat directly from his own farm in a small family farm with more than 150 years of tradition. The broth is slow-cooked and, of course, made from fresh ingredients. It does not contain preservatives, colourings or flavour enhancers.
