Cold soup made from mango pulp, papaya and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Peel the mangoes, trim the flesh from the stone and place in a saucepan
2. Add the papaya pulp, lemon juice, 300 ml of water and boil for about 5 minutes
3. Sweeten to taste, season with ground cinnamon, blend or rub through a sieve, bring back to the boil and thicken with starch powder mixed with a little water 4. Place in cold water and cool, stirring occasionally, and finally season with lime juice
5. Cut the melon flesh into cubes, pour over the soup and serve with biscuits.
