Carrot soup with semolina

Quick but healthy soup made from grated carrots and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

3 pcs of larger carrots 1 pc of vegetable broth 1 pk egg 4 tbsp baby semolina a few drops of soup seasoning a little butter parsley sprigs ground cumin water salt

Procedure:

1. 1. In a bowl, mix the baby semolina with a little water and pour the mixture into the boiling soup
3. Stir everything together, add the vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes
4. Finally, pour in the beaten egg, sprinkle with spices, simmer for a while and season with salt if necessary
