Pork ribs and vegetable soup served with an insert of boiled gnocchi.

Procedure:
1. Wash the ribs, divide them into smaller pieces and put them and the spices to boil in 2 liters of water, collecting the foam from the surface while cooking
2. After about 30 minutes add the cleaned and diced Vegetable Recipes, add salt and cook until tender
3. Prepare the gnocchi; boil the milk with butter and a little salt, add the flour and knead into a smooth batter, incorporate the eggs into the slightly cooled batter, then use a spoon to cut out the gnocchi, boil them in salted water and drain
