Snow Cake

A cross between a snow omelette and a pancake.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Whip the egg whites into a stiff snow
2. Mix the egg yolks with the plain flour and season with salt, ground pepper, finely grated Parmesan cheese and finely chopped herbs
3. Lightly stir in the stiff snow and bake in a frying pan in a little heated oil until golden on both sides
4. Serve rolled and cut into slices.
