Procedure:
1. Quarter the cleaned ryzce, cut the peeled onion into rings, slice the potatoes and sausage, and cut the peppers into strips
2. Add salt and pepper and fry in oil on both sides for 10 minutes
3. Pour in eggs, add pepper, red pepper, cover, turn down the heat and let it bake for 3 minutes until the eggs are set
4. Finally, sprinkle the peasant omelette with fresh or dried parsley and serve immediately.
Recommendation:
You can use other mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, sliced or halved caps of doves, etc.
