Baked tomatoes with blue cheese and rocket

Halves of fresh tomatoes stuffed with chopped ham, sterilized corn, seasoned with ground pepper and sprinkled with blue cheese. Baked and served with rocket leaves.

Procedure:
1. Wash and halve the tomatoes
2. Put a teaspoon of chopped ham, a teaspoon of corn and pepper in each half
3. Sprinkle the surface with blue cheese (niva, gorgonzola, etc.)
4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 °C
5. Sprinkle with arugula leaves and serve immediately with dark bread.
