Omelette with herbs

Egg omelette seasoned with chopped chives, chives, watercress and parsley.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Rinse the herbs under running water and chop finely
2. Beat the eggs, add half of the chopped herbs and salt
3. Then heat the oil in a pan, pour in the eggs and stir occasionally, when the eggs start to curdle add the other half of the herbs and put the omelette in a preheated oven to bake
4. Serve the omelette folded in half with a slice of butter.
