Cauliflower baked with ham

Cooked cauliflower florets accompanied by chopped ham and parsley, topped with milk mixed with eggs, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Boil the cauliflower briefly in salted water so that it is not overcooked
2. Spread a layer of cauliflower florets on the bottom and sprinkle with chopped ham
3. Cover the layer with a second layer of cauliflower florets, drizzle with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley
4. Finally, pour the milk in which we whisked the eggs over the dish in a bowl, salt everything to taste
5. Bake in an oven heated to 190-200 °C until the surface is nicely golden.
