Carrot Burgers

Baked burger made of carrots, peas and other ingredients, served in a bun.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean and coarsely grate the carrots
2. Mix one third of the carrots with peas, peeled, finely chopped onion, egg and tahini paste until thick
3. Fry the remaining carrots in hot olive oil for 10 minutes, add them to the mass together with wholemeal breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and knead the dough
4. Divide the dough into 6 parts, shape them into pancakes with wet hands, brush them on both sides with oil and put them in a preheated oven, turn them over after 5 minutes and finish baking the other side
5. Mix the white yoghurt with a little lemon juice, spread it into 4 toasted buns, place avocado slices on top, then the toasted burger, a few red onion noodles and some rocket, finally drizzle with chilli sauce.
