Pineapple baked with ham

Funny recipe for pineapple filled with ham and baked in the oven, served sliced.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Carefully remove the intact block of ham from the can and, using the top of the can and using it as a mould, cut out the pineapple pith, trimming the top first, don’t break the skin! (Remove the hard core from the cut out flesh and chop the rest, freeze and serve as a dessert)
2. Place the garlic-rubbed ham in the resulting cavity in the pineapple, cover the top of the fruit with the cut part of the pineapple, secure with toothpicks and bake for at least 1 hour in a preheated oven at 200 °C

Recommendation:
As a side dish you can use sweet corn porridge and baked sweet potatoes.
