Tomato, pepper, sausage or sausage. When you have a piece of sausage, eggs and Vegetable Recipes in the fridge, you can conjure up a tasty dinner in 15 minutes

1. Fry diced onion in lard, add sausage and diced peppers
2. Sauté for seven minutes
3. Add the diced tomatoes and sauté for another 5 minutes
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
5. Beat the eggs separately in a frying pan with a little fat (butter, oil, lard)
6. Add them to the pan with the sausage and Vegetable Recipes
7. Fine-tune the flavours; if you have onions, add them too.
