Apple rounds in pastry with cinnamon

2 pcs medium sized sweeter apples
slice
4 tbsp plain flour 1 pk egg 1/2 tbsp icing sugar a little milk as required
for coating
a little DrOetker cinnamon sugar
procedure
1. First, clean the apples, trim and remove the core. Cut into rounds, dip in batter and fry in hot oil. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the egg, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt until smooth. To make a batter a little thicker than for pancakes and mix. Fry on all sides. 3. Place hot pancakes on a paper napkin first to get rid of excess fat and roll in cinnamon sugar:-)
