First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Then whisk together the liquid ingredients.

Then slowly incorporate the dry ingredients mixture into the whisked mixture. The batter should be thinner.

Prepare the fruit by washing and drying it.
5.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place the fruit on top. Bake for about 40 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with icing sugar. Enjoy.
