I would like to share with you this amazing cookie recipe. Their “specialty” is that they are not biscuits, but they are fluffy soft 🙂 Every time I bring them somewhere (whether it’s a visit, a party, etc.) they get eaten so fast that I’ve started making double portions 🙂 So many people have already asked for the recipe from me that I thought the best thing to do is to post it and share this treat with others. . . . Tip: They can be made in two ways: chocolate, chocolate-ribbon- if you are going to make these make 80g of chocolate and 20g of ribbons instead of 100g of chocolate.
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the chocolate into small pieces. If you are making chocolate and lentil cookies then crush the lentils.
2.
Place the softened butter in a bowl. Add the flour, granulated sugar, a little baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients together (with a ladle not a mixer!). Add the milk a little at a time until you have a soft, smooth dough. Finally, add the chocolate or the chocolate chips and mix
3.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spoon the mixture into small balls (expect them to spread a little). Bake at 180 °C for about 13-17 minutes. (
4.
Good taste 🙂 🙂 🙂
