3 dl milk 40 g powdered sugar pinches salt 2 pcs egg 150 g curd 100 g plain flour 1 dl sour cream to taste nuts or almonds a little oil sunflower oil for greasing

In the milk, stir together the sugar, salt, egg, curd and flour.

Bake thin pancakes with the batter in hot oil.
3.
Fill the pancakes with any filling and roll them up.
4.
Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
5.
Place the pancakes in a greased tin, sprinkle with nuts or almonds and top with sour cream.
6.
Let them bake for 10 minutes and serve.
