400 g green beans 2 pcs egg 4 tbsp milk 1 tbsp plain flour to taste breadcrumbs, salt, ground pepper

1. Clean the beans and boil in salted water for about 10 – 15 minutes. Cut them into lengths of about 4 – 5 cm. Make a batter with the eggs, milk, flour and breadcrumbs and season with pepper. 2. Dip the beans in the batter and fry immediately in hot lard.
