3 pcs egg yolk 70 g butter 2 dl vegetable broth 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste salt
procedure
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, add the broth, put the bowl in a water bath and whisk until the sauce thickens. Add salt to taste, lemon juice and soften the sauce with raw butter. Do not boil the sauce so that it does not curdle.
