Apricot mug cake with semolina

2 cups spelt plain flour 2 cups corn semolina 1 cup sugar 1 cup oil 2 cups milk 4 pcs egg 1.5 packets baking powder

60 g butter 40 g spelt plain flour 40 g sugar

A classic summer tart made with fresh, ripe fruit.

Mix flour, baking powder and semolina.
2.
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar.
3.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl.
4.
Add milk and oil to the beaten egg yolks and sugar. Mix again.
5.
Hand mix in the flour and semolina and finally the egg whites.
6.
In a bowl, make a crumble with the sugar, flour and butter.
7.
Pour the batter onto the baking tray that you have greased and floured.
8.
Place the apricots on top and sprinkle the crumble over everything.
9.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
