150 g butter 150 g sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 4 pcs homemade eggs 150 g semi-coarse flour 1/2 packet baking powder 1/2 kg apricot compote or fresh 4 tbsp unground poppy seeds

Simple but captivating tart with summer fruits and poppy seeds.
1.
Melt the butter and leave to cool. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in butter, flour and PDP, finally poppy seeds.

Grease the tin and place the apricots on the bottom. Pour the batter over the apricots. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
3.
After cooling, flip over and sprinkle with icing sugar.
