50 g vanilla pudding 100 g white chocolate 180 g soft curd 3 tbsp whipped cream 2 g ground coffee

Fantastic frozen custard with baked dough dipped in coffee will enchant you!

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat egg whites and add granulated sugar.

Add the egg yolks and flour to the egg whites and whisk everything together until smooth.

Prepare a baking tray with baking paper and using a spoon or decorating bag, spray the dough in the shape of an oval. Bake at 220°C for about 7-10 minutes.

Turn the baked dough over and sprinkle with brewed coffee.

Prepare the cream. When cool, mix with whipped cream and mascarpone (or cottage cheese).

Place a popsicle stick on top of the coffee drizzled dough and drizzle the cream on top. Put in the freezer to freeze. Once frozen, steam the chocolate with butter and dip the frozen popsicles into the chocolate. Put back in the freezer for a while. Then just dust with cocoa powder and you’re ready to go 🙂
