1 handful walnuts 3 pcs egg 1 cup milk 1 KL vanilla extract 1 tbsp amaretto 1 tbsp amaretto 3/4 cup plain flour 2 tbsp powdered sugar a little maple syrup for the inside and for the topping a little powdered sugar for sprinkling a little butter and oil for baking the pancakes

When you get a craving for something simple yet refined…
1.
chop the nuts into small pieces and divide into two piles.

In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, vanilla and liqueur.
3.
Sieve the flour and icing sugar into the egg mixture and make a smooth pancake batter, adding half of the chopped nuts.
4.
Bake the pancakes in a little butter and a drop of oil until golden brown.
5.
Scroll with maple syrup and decorate with chopped nuts and sugar.
