800 g coarse flour 200 g potatoes 1 pk egg 20 g yeast a little milk 150 g jam 60 g butter 80 g powdered sugar
step
1. Put the mashed cooked potatoes, egg, salt, yeast and lukewarm milk into the flour. Make a stiffer dough and let it rise in a warm place. 2. Roll out the risen dough on a floured paddle to the thickness of a finger and use a round mould to cut out the dimples. Leave the cut-out dough to rise. 3. Bake on the stove on both sides. Brush well with jam and sprinkle with sugar.
