Oat chia crumble with fruit

2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 pk lemon 200 g raspberries 100 g apricots 1 pk banana

60 g coconut flour 60 g oatmeal 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup sugar 1 pinch salt

Simple fruit cake without dough.

Cover chia seeds with water and let them swell ideally overnight

Slice the banana into rounds and the apricots into quarters. Place in a bowl with the raspberries and stir in the swollen chia seeds.

In a second bowl, use your fingers to make a sprinkle of coconut, flaked coconut, melted coconut oil, salt and sugar.

Place the fruit in the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle the top evenly with the sprinkles. Bake at 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
