Crispy baguettes with olives

450 g plain flour T 650 20 g yeast 1 tbsp salt 250 ml lukewarm water 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp sugar 150 g sliced olives

Freshly baked baguettes and honest butter – you don’t need anything else for a fabulous breakfast.
1.
In a little lukewarm water with sugar, knead the yeast, let it rise. Sift the flour, drain the olives in a sieve, knead all the ingredients.

Let rise covered for about 40 minutes.

Divide into 4 parts, or into 3 – they will be longer, or into 8 – then they are thinner.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let rise for another 15 minutes.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg. C for 30 minutes.
6.
Let them cool on a wire rack.

I made smaller ones – 8 pieces.
