30 g butter 40 g coarse flour to taste salt 1,5 dl milk 1/4 kg boiled potatoes a little ground black pepper 1 pk egg 200 g lard for frying to taste celery
procedure
1. Make a pale roux from the butter and flour. Pour in the milk and evaporate to a thick paste. 2. Stir into the cooled mash the potatoes boiled in their skins and cut into cubes, the egg, salt, pepper and chopped celery. 3. On a floured plate, form the slices and fry in hot lard. Serve with vegetable garnish.
