400 g noodles 100 g lard 1/4 kg cottage cheese 2 dl milk 2 pcs egg to taste salt

1. Boil the noodles in salted water, drain, mash and mix with the cottage cheese. 2. Place in a greased and breadcrumb-dusted baking dish, pour in the milk in which the eggs have been beaten and bake. 3. Serve with salad or compote.
