1 cup lentils 2 pcs bay leaves 1 pcs broccoli 2 cloves garlic salt ground black pepper

1. Soak the lentils in water for 24 hours. Then drain the water and put the lentils in a saucepan. Pour the water over the lentils, about 1cm above the surface. Put in 2 bay leaves and cook until soft (most of the water will evaporate, that’s good). 2. Then add the crushed garlic. 3. Tear the broccoli into florets and puree in a food processor. 4. Toss the broccoli with the lentils and season with salt/spice to taste. 5. Finally, make the ox eye and serve warm. Enjoy!
