500 g potatoes 60 g celery 80 g carrots 60 g parsley to taste salt 1 pk sour apple 2 pk sour cucumber 20 pk capers 100 g sterilized peas
Mayonnaise
6 pcs egg yolk 1 tbsp mustard 3,5 dl oil 1/2 pcs lemon a little salt

Clean the Vegetable Recipes and put them to boil in boiling salted water. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. Cut the cooked Vegetable Recipes, peeled potatoes, peeled apple and pickled cucumber into small cubes, chop the capers finely and strain the peas.

Toss everything together lightly and combine with mayonnaise. The finished salad can be seasoned with lemon juice and salt to taste.

Mayonnaise. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt.
