Beat the eggs in the milk with salt. Add the cooked, pureed spinach, breadcrumbs, grated nutmeg and stir. Grease a bowl, line the bottom with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Cover, place in a larger saucepan of water and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
