1. Grind the skinless fillets in a meat grinder, add the buns soaked in milk, salt, pepper and grind again. 2. Then add softened butter to this mixture, mix well, form meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs. 3. Then fry them in hot oil on both sides. Serve with potato chips as a side dish.
