1500 g cod 300 g onion 1600 g potatoes 600 g tomato 1 dl vinegar 200 g oil to taste ground black pepper to taste salt a little parsley
procedure
1. Lightly fry the finely chopped onion lightly in the oil. 2. Place the prepared and salted portions of the fish on the onions, cover with the tomato pieces, and pour a little water over them. 3. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper and place the sliced roasted potatoes around the fish. 4. Drizzle the oil over the top, cover and simmer for 20 to 30 min. Before serving, sprinkle the fish with chopped green parsley and drizzle with vinegar.
