Mom and I found this recipe a few years ago. We made it the first time and ate it at a get-together, made it when friends came over and made it again. So we called it a quick whirlwind Since then, every time we make it, it gets eaten at a sit down meal

Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, add oil and mix

Add water to the mixture and mix again.

Add the plain flour and baking powder to the mixture, again just gently mix the mixture together.

Pour into the prepared greased and floured baking tray.

Meanwhile, cook the filling – pudding. Pour over the pastry and put in the oven for 45 minutes at 150°C.

While the cake is hot, spread the cream cheese frosting on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
