Boiled potato gnocchi with green beans

1,5 kg potato 500 g spelt flour smooth 2 pcs egg 2 pcs salt 1 pk ground black pepper 2 pk marjoram 1 tbsp dried garlic 400 g green beans frozen 300 g onion 1 pk sausage 3 pk butter 1 pk salt 1 pk grill seasoning
procedure
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them after they have cooled and grate them finely. 2. Add eggs, flour and spices to the cooked and grated/pressed potatoes. Make a stiff dough. Small pieces of boiled potatoes do not matter. 3. In boiling water cook classic gnocchi – push them through a sieve. 4. When the gnocchi float to the surface, wait about 2 minutes and then remove them through a sieve into a larger bowl. Add the melted butter to the finished gnocchi and stir. 5. In a frying pan, fry the onion cut into small onion rings in a little oil for about 3 minutes. 6. Then add the frozen beans to the onions, season with salt and a little water and simmer for 10 minutes. 7. In the same pan, fry the sausage, cut into small pieces, on one half. 8. Serve the gnocchi with the bean mixture, sausage and drizzled with butter. Enjoy!
