5 pcs eggs 250 g powdered sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 300 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 250 ml oil 250 ml eggnog

This recipe is suitable for any occasion. I got it from a good friend of mine. I bake it quite often.
1.
Grease a buttered mould (I use a bundt tin.) Dust with flour.

Split the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites first. Beat the egg yolks, icing sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, about 10 minutes.

When you have a nice egg yolk foam, slowly add the oil, stirring constantly.

After the oil, add the eggnog.

When we have it nicely combined add flour and baking powder.

Stir together until smooth.

Finally fold in the egg whites with a spoon. Fill the mould.

Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
